Alrighty guys, welcome back! Today we are going to bake something extra special!! Healthy BROWNIES!!! This recipe is gluten free and so delicious!! I honestly sent have much to day other than GO TRY THIS RIGHT NOW!! So why keep talking when we can start baking?
So let's just jump right in to the recipe!!
WRITTEN RECIPE
Ingredients:
👍 1/3 cup olive oil based margarine
👍 100g dark chocolate
👍 3 large eggs
👍 1 cup coconut sugar
👍 1 1/2 cups almond flour
👍 1/4 cup cocoa powder
👍 chocolate chunks and chopped almonds (optional)
👍 a tsp brown sugar for topping
Instructions:
😃 Preheat oven to 350 degree F and line baking sheet on 9” by 9” square pan.
😃 Melt chocolate and margarine in the microwave for about a minute or until fully melted.
😃 Beat eggs in a medium bowl until fluffy.
😃 Into the bowl, add coconut sugar and keep beating until nice and fluffy for about 5mins.
😃 Drizzle the melted chocolate mixture into the bowl and keep mixing.
😃 Sift dry ingredients into the bowl and add chocolate chunks and nuts as well.
😃 Pour the cake into prepared pan and top the cake with some brown sugar and more chocolate chunks.
😃 Bake in preheated oven for about 25-30 mins or until crunchy from the top and a tooth pick comes out dry from the cake.
