I don’t know about you but I’m a snacker! I love snacking! But you know what I love snacking the most? COOKIES! Sooo I found a little solution! Instead of just snacking lots of not healthy cookies, I just made these cute little snack cookies that will just go perfect every time I need to snack something 😉!!
Soooooo if you’re some what like me, this recipe is for you!
This recipe is also gluten free and can be vegan very very easily!!! You just use vegan butter in order to make it vegan! You can really use any butter here! You can use natural butter/margarine! You can use vegan butter/margarine or even the normal ones.
WRITTEN RECIPE
Ingredients:
💙2 cups almond flour
💙1/3 cup cocoa powder
💙1/2-3/4 cup coconut sugar (depending on how sweet you want your cookies)
💙1/2 tsp baking soda
💙1/2 tsp salt
💙1/2 cup natural or not melted butter ( vegan butter also works!)
💙 1 tsp vanilla
Instructions:
1. Preheated oven to 350 degrees F
2. Mix all the dry ingredients together in a medium bowl
3. Add the wet ingredients and mix (you should get a thick and a little sticky dough in the end! If it’s too dry, add a little bit of water! If too wet, add a little bit more almond flour)
4. Roll into small balls and flat each ball!
5. Bake in the preheated oven for about 10-15 mins and enjoy! The cookies will be pretty soft and not stable at first but they will harden up! Don’t worry! But watch out they don’t harden up too much in the oven because after they’ll chill, they’ll be like rocks. Okie? Alrighty!
