Yes yes! This recipe is not just gluten free, not just sugar free, not just passover friendly, not just pretty, not just yummy and not just simple but also KETO!
Written Recipe:
Soooo all you need is:
💜3 cups almond flour
💜1/2 cup stevia
💜1/2 cup any melted natural butter/margarine
💜2 1/2 cups blueberries
💜juice of 1/4 of a lemon
💜1 tsp cornstarch
💜1 tbsp stevia
💜sliced almonds for topping (optional)
Instructions:
1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
2. In a medium bowl, mix the flour, stevia and melted butter until fully mixed and you get a nice dry crumble mixture. Set aside.
3. In a different small bowl, mix the blueberries, lemon juice, stevia and cornstarch.
4. Flat 2/3 of the crumble mixture on your pan ( I am using a pie pan but you can also use a casserole pan) on top of the first crumble layer, flat the blueberries mixture and top with the rest of the crumbles mixture. You can also top it all with some sliced almonds.
5. Bake in the preheated 350 degrees F oven for about 50mins or until gets a nice and gold colour.
