Healthy DELICIOUS Gluten Free & Sugar Free Souffle

(Scroll down for the recipe)

WOWWWWW WOWWWW WOWWW!! Guys, you just can't believe how happy I am right now! I've been dying for months to make a healthy and delicious Chocolate Souffle and here it is! The absolutely BEST HEALTHY Souffle! It's gluten free and sugar free and hey! we're not giving up the taste here!

We are going to use only Natural ingredients! Anddd there's only 8 basic ingredients needed.

For the flour, we will use almond flour! Almond flour is one of the healthiest flours on this planet and in this recipe it doesn't only make it healthier but it makes it have a better taste and texture!

For the sweetener, we will use stevia! Now, I know there are tons of opinions about stevia, some say it's healthier, some say it's not, some say it's good, some don't. All I can tell you is that in this case its better than just sugar and hey, it has 0 calories so if you're on a diet or trying to stay away from lots of calories in your baked goods, this is your chance.

You can also use coconut sugar or honey if you don't like stevia. They work great too!

For the chocolate, we will use dark chocolate of course. Dark chocolate isn't used just to make this healthier. Dark chocolate is always used for basic not healthy Souffles because it adds richness and soooo much flavour! Now, its up to you how natural you will make your Souffle, you can use very dark chocolate, natural or semi dark... IT'S UP TO YOU!

This recipe is not vegan but! you can make it vegan. Instead of the eggs, add milk of your choice. Nut milk, oats milk or any milk! Add about 1/3 cup of the milk.

Also! If you want... you can also make this recipe in the microwave but in the oven, you will get a much more satisfying result! Also, the oven will preheat while you're making the batter so you're really not wasting time there.

Alrighty! Enough with the chatting and let's get B A K I N G!

WRITTEN RECIPE

Ingredients:

😄1OOg dark chocolate

😄1/4 cup veggie oil

😄2 eggs

😄pinch of salt

😄1/2 cup almond flour

😄2 1/2 tsp baking powder

😄dark chocolate cubes for the filling (no more than 8 cube)

Instructions:

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F and oil 4 small cups / 3 medium cups / 2 large cups for the Souffles. Make sure the cups are oven friendly.

  2. Into a microwave safe medium bowl, brake the 100g dark chocolate into cubes and pour oil into the bowl. Place the bowl into the microwave and melt until you get a liquid mixture.

  3. Into the melted chocolate & oil, add the stevia and mix well. Then, combine the eggs until smooth.

  4. Into the wet mixture, add the dry ingredients and mix until everything is corporated. No need to over mix.

  5. Pour the batter into the cups. Make sure you don't fill it all the way because they will rise. Fill it about 2/3 the way. Think of it as filling "almost" all the way:)

  6. Into the cups with the batter, place 2 cubes of chocolate in and cover with some batter so you won't see the chocolate cubes. If you're using small cups, only add one cube.

  7. Place the cups in the oven on top of a baking pan so it will be easier to take out of the oven and bake for 10-12 minutes. You know it's ready when it's crispy outside but when you touch the top it still moves around. You dont want it to dry because this is not a cupcake. It's a Souffle.

Andddd enjoy!!!!!

Another important note!!!!! It's best when its warm!
