Keto Pizza Dough

Yes yes! Even when something is healthy, gluten free and keto friendly and passover friendly, its still GREAT!

Written recipe:

All you need for the dough is:

👍2 cups shredded cheese

👍1/2 cup cream cheese

👍1 egg

👍1 1/2 cups almond flour

👍1/2 tsp baking powder

👍Some salt & pepper to taste


+any toppings of your choice


Wanna know how to make it? Well it’s super easy!

👍First preheat your oven to 350degrees F.

👍In a heat proof large bowl, place the shredded cheese and cream cheese and microwave for about 45sec or until softens and just starts to melt.

👍Into the bowl, add the egg and mix.

👍Add the rest of the dry ingredients and mix until fully combines.

👍On a baking sheet flat the dough either using wet hands or placing it in between 2 baking sheets (you can also use a plastic wrap) and that’s it!

👍Top it with anything you want and bake it until dough becomes gold and light brown.
