Rainbow Carrots Fries

Who doesn't like fries? I mean who??????? And what's better than a healthy and tasty fries recipe? Well, nothing so here you go! Swipe down for the recipe!

Soo, these fries are super super super easy, healthy and hey, there's no frying involved in this recipe! We are going to use our oven because why not? And don't worry the fries wills still turn out nice and crispy!

Also, I am using my beautiful rainbow carrots that you can find at almost any grocery store but you can also use normal carrots, potatoes, sweet potatoes or any other veggie you like:)

Another important thing is, we will leave the "skin" on our carrots so we will have that nice crunchy outer layer for our fries. That being said, it's very important to wash the carrots well since we are leaving the outer layer of the veggie! You can also peel the carrots but it won't be as crunchy.

So... without further ado, LET THE COOKING BEGIN!
